This project involved the conversion of an existing commercial space into four (4) new ADU units, along with the replacement of water-damaged rear stucco to restore and protect the building envelope. HBM Construction delivered a comprehensive solution that addressed both structural functionality and exterior durability, transforming underutilized commercial space into high-quality residential units while improving the building’s long-term performance and livability.
